ABOUT THIS BOOK

‘Her lyrical expressions and profound thoughts dazzle through the dark clouds, shining like the first morning light; fresh, raw, soothing.’
—Ruskin Bond
Labyrinth entices you with its dark setting, keeping you guessing about what human nature really is. It inculcates human emotions carefully with wonderful imagery and gruesome emotions which bring about the question—‘Do you really know what you feel?’
The poems range from ‘Fear’—a poem aptly named after the emotion it invokes in you—to various poems on love which make a voice ring in your head, ‘Is love a boon or a curse?’
So, go on, open the book and fall in love with a little darkness. After all, isn’t darkness here before the light?

AUTHOR OF THE BOOK

Dania Khan is a writer, poet, innovator, researcher, an evangelist and the author of Labyrinth. She started putting her reflections into words with fervour since she was eight. She began compiling her work Labyrinth when she was 11. Dania is currently in middle school, but is an aspiring researcher in astrophysics. She derives her motivation from the metaphysical world and esoteric trance of the universe. The expanse of the universe and micro-teeny environ of Quantum Physics lay her creative spectrum wide open for an amazing canvas ready to be painted. She also devours books and posts reviews about the wide variety of books she reads. She posts these reviews on Goodreads (@DaniaK) and also on Instagram (@bookomaniacal). In her free time, she loves to fangirl over These Violent Delights, Six of Crows and We Hunt the Flame, along with The Picture of Dorian Gray and The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. Dania also has a flair for art and sketches occasionally. She is usually found lost in an Agatha Christie suspense scene, indulging in a hot chocolate, sporting a gigantic hoodie and ignoring her blaring writing deadlines.
