Prabhakar Dalal

Prabhakar Dalal is a management accountant; lawyer; veteran commercial, development and international banker; securities law specialist; fellow of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance; corporate board director; multilinguist; yoga practitioner; international traveller; and author. 

He retired as executive director of the Export–Import Bank of India and currently serves as an independent director on corporate boards.
